A trip through Nashville International Airport (BNA) starts with knowing where you will park and how you will get from your car to the terminal. This guide walks through the parking choices near BNA in the order a traveler would use them, and what to read in each lot's listing.
Who This Guide Is For
This guide is for travelers who like to choose with care: a few days away or a few weeks, family bags or an early flight. If you searched for BNA airport parking, long-term parking near Nashville Airport, or a lot with a shuttle, each lot tells you what it offers. You choose the one that fits.
Choosing a Lot Near the Airport
Most travelers pick between a lot close to the terminal and a lot with a shuttle, plus valet for a hands-off start. Here is what to look for in each listing.
- A short ride: Look at how far the lot is from the terminal and how you get there.
- Shuttle service: Read the hours and how often the shuttle runs. Check that the hours fit your early and late flights.
On your way back, the listing should tell you where to wait for the shuttle or how to ask for a pickup. Save those steps on your phone before you fly.
Check the Lot Details Before You Go
Lot rules and hours can change. Before you leave, read the listing again for the lot you picked, so your plan matches what it lists for your travel day.
Paying and Check-In at the Lot
Each lot sets its own way to pay and check in. If you book ahead, read what to bring, how keys are handled, and how you get your car back. Check the payment details before your trip so you know what to expect.
Off-Airport Lots
Lots outside the airport are run by their own companies. Their hours, shuttle times and rules belong to each lot, so the listing is the place to find them. When you are ready, check live availability for Nashville BNA parking and read the details for the lot you like.

Timing and Busy Days at BNA
BNA says to arrive at least 2 hours before a domestic flight and 3 hours before an international flight. Count back from there to allow time for parking and the shuttle. BNA's New Horizon work includes the Central Core Enhancement, from June 1, 2026 through December 2027. The airport says it will not change hotel, parking garage or other ground transportation access, and that shuttle pick-up areas may shift, so follow the signs. Fall Break is its busiest travel period.
Plan Ahead for an Easy Departure
Pick your lot before you fly. Read the listing for hours and payment details, and plan time for parking and any shuttle ride your lot lists.
